The three main pillars of the Toyota Production System

In addition, the resources are intended to improve performance and lean culture spread to all member companies. 3. Think Simple, Superior Quality

Lean Sigma is not meant to do something big and make a significant overhaul. In terms of improvement priority is the target to be achieved. Or if there is training, training does not require a long time. Lean Sigma needs to be established through planting of culture, metrics, policies, procedures, and lean-six sigma tools or technique.

Lean Six Sigma is Radical Continuous Improvement

Lean is a term widely used in industry and manufacturing. Lean alone in the world of industry and product quality is a systematic and systemic approach to identify the processes, activities that do not have value, or also referred to as waste.
