What is Total Quality Management?

TQM is an important thing for businesspeople to know. according to ISO, TQM is “a management approach for a quality-centric organization, based on the participation of all its members and aims for long-term success through customer satisfaction and benefits for all members of the organization and society.” TQM is a Customer focused quality management system that involves all levels of employees in continuous improvement (or continuous improvement). Total Quality Management or TQM uses effective strategies, data and communications to integrate quality discipline into the corporate culture and activities. In short, Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach to achieve long-term success through Customer Satisfaction. In TQM (Total Quality Management), all members of the organization or employees of the company must actively participate in improving the processes, products, services and cultures in which they work so as to produce the best quality in Products and Services that
