The room or place used for storing goods, should be managed appropriately, both in terms of the arrangement based on 5S standard. Nothing is considered waste in terms of lean manufacturing. A good placement will launch the service performance.
Structuring and managing a place must meet the standard for lean manufacturing as follows:
1. Providing clear and simple that addresses minimize the possibility of errors made due to ignorance of the operator of the goods in question. Thus does not require much time for training members in terms of production of these goods address.
2. Container design which facilitates retrieval of goods and laying of goods. Container should not exceed the reach of the average human. So, no need anymore tools.
