Simple techniques to improve process performance

In making the improvement, project selection should not be something that makes significant changes. Simple things are sometimes overlooked. Yet the simple things is what will make a tremendous improvement if done consistently and earnestly, and oriented to change and continuous improvement. So also in implementing lean six sigma project, the basic manufacturing activities in a simple but very important is the habituation of the 5s, or can also be in its development into 6S (Sort, Stabilize, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and safety.
